Shipping costs for our pet urns are $5.00. We do not add handling fees. All shipping goes through UPS and USPS. (Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes). The contiguous 48 US states and Canada will be delivered by UPS shipping.

Please note – UPS does not operate on Holidays. If a holiday falls within your delivery schedule, your delivery may be delayed.
    Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be delivered by United States Postal Services. 

    All International Orders (excluding Canada) please Call, Write or Fax. 


    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your McKenzie Associates purchase, simply return it with the receipt and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase price. Simply return the product in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
    • If you ordered with a credit card, we will credit that same credit card. Other refunds will be by check from McKenzie Associates.
    • We will refund return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our mistake or damaged in shipment.
    • If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the product and notify us immediately at 1.336.659.8486. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
